What is this?

Computers Never Sleep captures structured claims about entities — businesses, books, software, people — and publishes them in machine-readable form (schema.org, JSON-LD, RSS) at canonical URLs that AI search systems already crawl and trust.

An entity is a noun. A claim is a sentence about that noun. CNS is a database of nouns and sentences, published in a way machines can read.
